Thank you for considering the Winston-Salem Street School as a part of your education! The following information is required and can be submitted via:

Application Materials:

  1. 1. Student Application (PDF Download or visit school office)

  1. 2. Autobiography: A one-page essay stating personal goals you have for yourself and for your future.
  2. 3. Transcript from previous school
  3. 4. Immunization form if not included with transcript

Once all of these items are received and space is available, a staff member will contact the student to schedule an interview.
